Wow! I watched the whole video and it seems that they do an excellent job training this guys. I truly recommend that all of you watch this video and the related videos around.

Yeah this is a really good video and they go through absolutely any type of situation you can think of. C.R.I. is one of the best I've seen so far and as you can see in the video they are very professional.
