I personally would never risk physical violence by traveling to an unstable country. how about you?

Thats a good site cause lots of the tourist location are a target and as a tourist you can never be too sure you can get hit any time . There is also nature that can give way , did you think about that ?

well, nature can give away anytime without a warning.. and that shouldnt scare anyone from travelling unless and until travelling into a high risk zone such as thunderstorm zones or into zones that have been alerted for tsunami

Depends who I'm travelling with. If I'm alone then I don't worry, as I can pretty much handle myself. But if I'm with my family then I avoid known troublespots, and stick to the safer places

It all comes down to common sense, you know in your mind hwere is cool and where is not, lets say you go to brazil to Rio, you stick to the main areas, take registered taxis - its common sense, everywhere has its dangers

Frankly speaking, I do not understand those people who travel to the unstable countries and risk there own lives for nothing. I think that there must be only one reason to go to such places, it is the reason of the earning of the big money.

Holidays denote having relaxed moments with family, any kind of tension is not welcome. We try to make right choices and do pray that every thing remains good and safe during our trips and otherwise also. There is a beautiful place in our country, its supposed to be heaven on earth, we desire to go there for once but we haven't ever dared to visit that place until now as it a disturbed zone.

I believe that the US and British foreign office also have such a list which has travel warnings for certain countries around the world. I normally do not pay any attention to these lists.

I wouldn't know how accurate the list is but personally, there are countries I won't really want to travel to for security reasons - Russia, Libya, Nigeria and most Western African countries, to name a few. However, there are places I'd still want to go to despite security risks. Israel would be that place.
