Hey there, I'm Vx! I've never personally been a bodyguard, perse, though I have had to guard younger children during trips, camps etc., I'm half Chinese and my grandmother taught me Kung-fu, so I'm good at protecting myself.
Anyway, I hope to get a chance to talk to everyone!

Hi and it's good to be here with you and I look forward to discussions in the forum with you.
I took some self defence training as well as part of my security training. My size was beneficial to being able to defend myself and I workout regularly with weights and cardio to have the stregth and endurance when it was needed.

hi , I hear that you used to do 300 push up can you still do them
I can only do 50 , I need to work up to 300 , but I can do more sit ups
cause tai chi works on the legs more , do you still work out
or have you become a girl
