What does everyone here do to train? I've bene doing kung-fu for years, and for me to train, my grandma and uncle take me out back and make me do things like:
- 300 push-ups
- 500 sit-ups
- 250 consecutive hits on the punching bag
- 150 consecutive jump-kicks
- 25 laps around the oval
etc..
So what about you guys?

That type of training is definately needed and with being a bodyguard there a many bodyguard training companies around the world. Some type of hand to hand combat training is highly needed in this line of work. If you're going to be a bodyguard that carries a gun you'll obviously need some gun training as well.

I train in many ways I do
50 push up
100 sit ups
and then do some thing called push hands where we use the the other persons body and not our own force , also I do some thing to know where they are coming from with out looking that what the tai chi is about ,

I do one day weights and one day cardio with a mixture of some grueling ab workouts on alternating days.
I also do some sparring with friends with head gear on of course. It helps provide some cardio as well.

I do four sessions at the gym per week, 40 minutes of CV and an hour of weights. In addition to that I do my karate, plus play Rugby on a saturday afternoon (how do I fit it all in!)

I do some push ups, sit ups, run and all that but I need to get into weight lifting so I can train and strengthen my upper body. I have still a long way to go.
