I think that the main demand to become the bodyguard is the perfect health condition. I know that many well experienced sportsmen use special food supplements during the training period. But what about you?

I still feel that the best way to keep your body in good shape is by doing exercise and by being careful on what you eat and drink. I often go to the gym and I do not drink any alcohol.

Food supplements, as the name suggest should only be used as such - to supplement what you should be feeding your body. Some people use these things as food substitutes and that's not good. Also, healthy physiques require more than food; You need exercise as well.

I absolutely agree with you Flo however we were discussing food supplements and the shape you are in. Obviously there are many skills which could proof valuable for a bodyguard include martial arts skills, language skills, special driving skills etc.
