'In one timing means , when you have closed with theenemy , to hit him as quickly and directly as possible, without moving your body or settling your sprit, without moving your body or settling your sprit , while you see he is still undedecided . The timing of hitting before the enemy decides to withdraw ,break or hit , is this 'in one timing' .

It very interesting Bruce lee, I agree always act first and don't let the other guy take the initiative - I guess that what you are saying without the Ninja bits ;)

I agree with you guys. It is always better to make the first move once you are convinced that you will end up getting into a confrontation anyway. You will have some form of the element of surprise on your side.
